How do I place an order?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Our online store receives orders non-stop and you will receive your order based on the standard delivery times below:
For within Metro-Manila: 3-5 working days
For provincial: 5-10 working days
Please note working days exclude Sundays and Holidays!
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on our website or the carrier's website.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
We operate from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and our courier partners deliver only on weekdays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
